The results showed that knowledge-oriented leadership had a positive and significant effect on knowledge-sharing behaviour and innovative behaviour, but knowledge-sharing climate had a positive and significant effect on Knowledge sharing behaviour but had no significant effect on innovative behaviour. Knowledge-sharing behaviour can mediate the relationship between knowledge-oriented leadership and innovative behaviour; and knowledge-sharing climate and innovative behaviour.
