Introduction: Pregnant women who do not take iron supplements properly can experience anemia, which can cause complications during pregnancy and childbirth which are very dangerous for the mother and baby, such as miscarriage, bleeding which can result in maternal death, premature birth, and low birth weight. To prevent anemia in pregnant women, they routinely take at least 90 blood booster tables (TTD). Objective: This literature research aims to ensure adherence of pregnant women in using Fe tables so as to reduce the risk of interruption of pregnancy due to anemia problems. Conclusion: Pregnant women who do not take iron supplements or Fe tablets regularly are at high risk of developing anemia. From several journals there is low adherence and medication adherence.
