Abstract

This study aims to develop the concept of Muttaqin knowledge quality to improve halal logistics performance in Indonesia. It is hoped that Muttaqin knowledge quality developed in this study will be able to improve the performance of halal logistics in Indonesia by intervening in the development of human resources (HR) within the organization. The expected Muttaqin knowledge quality is human resources who have Muttaqin tacit knowledge sharing (MTKS) and Muttaqin explicit knowledge sharing (MEKS) related to halal logistics processes in Indonesia. The human resources expected in the concept of Muttaqin quality knowledge are human resources who have comprehensive quality knowledge in distinguishing between halal and haram laws in halal logistics activities. Organizational Culture (OC) and strategic alliance (SA) in this study are proposed as antecedents that have the potential to realize Muttaqin quality knowledge which aims to improve halal logistics performance. The research object in this study is companies providing logistics services in Indonesia with the target respondents being managers in companies providing logistics services. This is because the manager is responsible for the logistics and operational processes within the company. The method used in this study is to use systematic literature review and focus group discussion.
