Business Sustainability Model of MSMEs in the Fisheries Sector in Central Java Province

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial inclusion, financial literacy and government support (marine and fisheries business assistants) on the performance and business sustainability of MSMEs in the fisheries sector in Central Java Province. The population of this study is MSME actors in the fisheries sector in Central Java with research samples taken from twelve districts/cities in the area of mentoring work carried out by TPU KP. Descriptive quantitative research methods. Type of primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews and observations of respondents. With the purposive sampling method, as many as one hundred respondents were taken for data processing using smart PLS version 4.0. From the results of data processing, it can be seen that the results of the study show that financial inclusion, financial literacy and government support have a positive and significant effect on business performance and sustainability and show a positive and significant influence on business performance on business sustainability.
