The Role of Curiosity Motivation toward Human Resources Performance

Abstract
This study aims to explore a new conceptual model that can fill the research gap between the role of curiosity and performance centered on the concept of curiosity motivation. The concept of curiosity motivation is expected to trigger an increase in human resources performance. This study is expected to answer the study controversy or the research gap between curiosity and human resource performance and human resource creativity.The Respondents of this study are 150 SME human resource managers. Then the technical analysis used Structural Equation Model with Amos software. The findings of the study show that in the model for developing human resources performance, the main priority of increasing human resources performance is influenced by curiosity motivation with an antecedent performance approach.
