Muthmai’nnah Adaptive Capability: A Conceptual Review

Abstract
The aim of this study is to learn new concepts of personal dynamic abilities which are reflected in adaptive abilities. When a person faces changes and unpredictable work situations, it will create new challenges to improve performance. Design methodology using Publish or Perish Software (PoP) to map adaptive ability articles personally, which are then further grouped according to the requirements desired by researchers to get new concepts. The findings of the dynamic ability concept from the literature grouping stated that most of the studies discussed the optimization of physical skills (skills, knowledge and attitudes) and there were no changes in personal qualities involving elements of individual spirituality. In This article recommends interventions Islamic values in Adaptive Capability is Muthma’innah so getting a new concept Muthmai’nnah Adaptive Capability (MAC). From the results of this research, researchers can contribute to the development of Islamic human values in an organization.
