Abstract
This study aims to develop a conceptual model to encourage Knowledge Sharing Behavior based on spiritual well-being supported by the Ihsan Achievement-oriented Leadership (IAOL) model. Ihsan achievement-oriented leadership (IAOL) is a new leadership model based on transcendental spiritual values in Islam, namely ihsan values. Several studies linking ethical leadership with employee welfare and knowledge sharing have been conducted. Still, they have not been based on ethical leadership with transcendental values and the spirit of tawhid to Allah SWT. It is also still oriented with worldly material that has not to the afterlife orientation. Therefore this study specifically developed a conceptual relationship model between IAOL, Spiritual Well-being, and Knowledge Sharing Behavior. We provided a future research agenda to discuss the validity of the proposed model.
