Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual model to improve the quality of supply chain management by adaptive and generative relationship learning to develop relationship flexibility, collaboration, and innovation. The method used is an in-depth literature study of relationship learning, flexibility, collaboration, and innovation in supply chain management. The results of this study are propositions formulated in the form of a conceptual model for improving the quality of supply chain management that can be developed for further research.
